I was pleasantly surprised by how fresh everything tastes. The ingredients really come through, and the pearls have been soft and perfectly chewy every time I’ve ordered.

The drink itself was totally fine and tasted good, but the seal leaked while it was in my bag. Unfortunately, it made a mess and kind of ruined the experience for me. I really wanted to enjoy it, but ending up with a soaked bag was frustrating.

Tbh, my experience really depends on which location you go to. Some spots are great and the service is super smooth, but others can be a bit hit or miss lol. So yeah, def check reviews for the specific place before going.

I really like how many flavours Chatime has. I usually end up trying something different each time, and I still keep finding new ones I enjoy. I feel like a lot of customers would appreciate that too, especially when you’re bored of the usual drinks and want something new.

I’m really happy with this purchase. I looked at a few similar options from other brands, and this one felt like the best value for the price. It does what I need without feeling cheap or overpriced, and compared to some competitors, it seems like a smarter buy. Definitely worth the money.

I’ve been using the Chatime app mainly to keep track of my points, it’s easy to use. I can see my rewards without digging around, and ordering ahead usually works fine. It definitely makes grabbing my drink faster, I don’t really have any complaints

They make it sound like someone will actually help you, but that wasn’t my experience at all. I explained my issue, got basically ignored, and then never heard back. Frustrating, especially when the wording makes it seem like support is responsive

Had an issue with my Chatime order and ended up asking for a refund. it was frustrating because I’d planned to grab my drink and get on with my day, but instead I had to keep messaging them and waiting around for replies. It wasn’t really clear what was happening at first, which made it even more annoying. To be fair, they did eventually respond and I got my money back in the end, so I can’t say it was terrible. But the whole thing took longer than it should have and kind of ruined what was supposed to be a quick, easy treat. Giving 3 stars because it did get sorted, but the process definitely could’ve been smoother.

Pretty good menu overall. Nice. Most of the drinks I wanted were available, which made ordering easy. I just wish a few of the seasonal options stuck around longer because some of those are my favorites. Bummer

I really appreciate that the prices are shown clearly before I order. It feels fair because there aren’t any weird surprises at checkout, and even the extras are easy to see upfront. It makes it simple to choose what I want without feeling like I’m being pushed into hidden costs...

I had a bad feeling when the delivery kept getting pushed back, and sure enough, it ended up taking ages. By the time the drinks finally showed up, it was way too late to really enjoy them.

I was frustrated with how the queue was handled. People who arrived after me ended up getting served first, and no one really explained what was going on. The drinks were fine, but standing around with no clear order was annoying. I get that the staff looked busy, but the line definitely needs to be managed better. an apology would have been appreciated.

Not gonna lie, the tea tastes really fresh and isn’t too sweet, which I love. The flavor is really nice too, definitely enjoyed it.

It’s not bad overall, but it’s definitely on the firmer side. I guess if you enjoy feeling like you’re resting on something that refuses to give even a little, then you’ll probably love it.

I was trying to use a promo code, but it never applied at checkout. I don’t remember every single step now, but I’m sure I entered it correctly. I reached out to support and, from what I remember, I never really got a proper response. This isn’t the first time I’ve felt ignored by them either, so it was frustrating.

Checkout felt slower than it should’ve, and after I paid I didn’t really get much of an update, so for a minute I wasn’t even sure the order had gone through. That said, when I got to the store the drink was already ready, which was great. It tasted good too, so I can’t really complain, even though I kind of am. Overall, not a bad experience, just nothing amazing either. I’d use it again, but I also think the ordering process could definitely be smoother.
